2023 SJV Fete - Best Day Ever!
We are 6 weeks away from this year’s Fete, being held on Saturday 4th November, 10am-2pm.
SPECIAL DROP OFF for Toys, Books and White Elephant donations: Sunday 8 October 2-5pm. This is the last Sunday of the school holidays.
The blacktop gates will be open allowing you to drive in, giving you quicker and easier access to our drop off point.
Mega Cash Raffle
The Mega cash raffle tickets went home this week. First prize is $1000 and second prize $500.
The Mega Cash raffle is our major fundraiser and selling as many tickets as possible is integral to the success of the fete and how much money we raise for our school.
In addition to selling tickets to family/friends/colleagues we also sell tickets outside Cooleman Court to the general public on weekends for an hour or two from weeks 1-6 in Term 4. Keep an eye out next term for dates and times.
QKR Pre-Fete Sales
Your child has lovingly created a portrait available for sale at the school fete. Pre-purchase on QKR for $4 and take home on fete day.
The QKR issues with buying portraits has been resolved - it should now be quick and simple to buy your child’s portrait.
Ride wristbands are now available for pre-purchase on QKR at the discounted price of $25 per child (will be $30 to buy on fete day). This year the ride wristband will provide unlimited turns on 2 x jumping castles, mega rock climbing wall, laser tag and *NEW RIDE ADDED* inflatable super slide. You can pre-purchase for your friends/cousins/nieces/nephews/neighbours so don't forget to add them to your order.
If you are having trouble accessing QKR on your phone you can log into your account via their website:https:/qkr-storeqkrschoollcomm/store/#/home
Please consider volunteering, we cannot have a fete without the support of your time, just one hour will assist the fundraising efforts for our children. Volunteers_1_pdf
