This week, students in Year 3-6 have explored the online site Sora. Sora is an online library catalogue with a huge range of ebooks, audio books and magazines.

An awesome resource! It is Catholic Education approved and therefore students need to login using their unique school login details. This resource can therefore also be used at home. 

The students have been reminded this week of discussing with parents/carers what they are reading, whether that be a physical book, or a book online. Although age-appropriate filters have been placed on books within Sora, a friendly reminder to parents to discuss with your children what they are reading. 

Did you know our local bookshops often have amazing authors signing books and promoting a love of reading in their bookshops? This Friday, Andy Griffiths will be promoting his 169 Storey Treehouse book at Dymocks Belconnen.
