Message from the Assistant Principal and Mrs De Rosa's 'Thought of the Week'
I am finding it very difficult to believe that I am about to go on maternity leave. 2020 has certainly been an eventful year for our world, our community and personally, I'm still pinching myself at the thought of becoming a mum in a month or so.
Firstly, on behalf of my husband, Claude, I would like to thank the Staff and Community for all their prayers and best wishes. We will share the arrival news of our blessing.
Secondly, I wish all the staff, children, parents and wider SJV community all the best for the remainder of the year. I am unsure how I will transition to being a stay at home mum for a while, however those more experienced than myself tell me I will be too busy to miss work. Work aside I will miss the daily interaction will the SJV community.
I wish all the men in our community who are Fathers, Grandads, Uncles or take on a Father role a wonderful Father's Day on Sunday. I'm sure your little people will make the day special for you.
Thank you all for your support, I wish you all a wonderful rest of 2020 and a great beginning to 2021.
