Welcome to term 3!

Holiday program included opportunities of leisure as well as options to engage in structured activities and experiences. Mrs Bondoc reports that the most popular days included spy day, bring your wheels to preschool day, mini zoo virtual tour and the science day.  Although NAIDOC Week dates changed, children engaged in traditional Aboriginal art, music and games.  Together children and staff created three rain sticks that have been included in the classrooms. With the smaller group of children and a range from each of the preschool classes’ staff noticed many new friendships form, and a real sense of belonging was established. Staff enjoyed sharing an extended period with families at drop off and pick up that allowed for further connections to families.  If you have any feedback about the holiday program please email the team at elc.stjudes@cg.catholic.edu.au.

ELC Fees – The Childcare Subsidy (CSS) system has now resumed and normal ELC fees now apply.  Statements for Weeks 1 and 2 were emailed during the holidays (and are now due) and statements for Weeks 3 and 4 were sent today.  These fees are due next Friday 31 July. Please check that your Before and After School Care bookings are correct and let us know if you need any changes. It's also a good time to check your MyGov to make sure all of your details and income estimates are up to date so you receive the correct amount of CCS.  As always, if you have any queries about your account or if you are experiencing difficulties due to Covid-19, please get in touch with the ELC office as soon as possible.
