It's a daily 20-30minute workout/adventure. For example, last week we went on a mission to find the moon which had been stolen by space monsters. All in our loungeroom.  

Each move in the adventure helps the Ninjas develop their coordination, core strength, balance or proprioception. It's a genuine workout!
