Hi Everyone,

My name is Elena Catanzariti and it’s a joy to introduce myself as the new youth minister at Saint John Vianney’s for 2020! Since finishing my Faith and Community leadership role at Saint Clare’s College, I have begun my tertiary studies at the university of Canberra, studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, as well as my first year of ministry with CSYMA! Following on from the amazing work of Theresa Corson, I intend to continue all of the exciting initiatives at the school and begin to empower the SJV community in living out their Catholic faith in their day-to-day lives. This year, I hope to grow with the students along their personal faith journeys through whole school Masses and liturgies, Junior Youth Ministry team initiatives, and classroom ministry visits. Throughout my first few weeks at SJV, I have already begun to witness the warmth and closeness of this community and I am so excited to be a part of the wonderful family here in Warramanga!

I look forward to meeting you all at community events and upcoming Sacramental Masses throughout the year!
