Sacraments 2025
At St John Vianney’s, we’re pleased to support families participating in the Parish-led sacramental program. This program is a special journey for you and your child, with Reconciliation typically celebrated in Year 3, Eucharist in Year 4, and Confirmation in Year 6.
The program includes a faith formation workbook, reflection hours, and Gathering Masses to help guide your child’s faith journey. Enrolment is simple and can be completed through the Qkr! App by searching for Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish. We look forward to supporting your family on this meaningful path.

Gospel Reflection: Mark 13:24-32
In this Gospel, Jesus talks about signs of change and reminds us that while some things may pass away, His words and promises will never disappear. Just like watching a fig tree grow new leaves reminds us that summer is coming, these changes remind us that God is always with us, guiding us. For families, this is a chance to talk about trusting God’s presence, even when things feel uncertain. Jesus teaches that while we can’t know everything about the future, we can hold onto faith, knowing that God's love and guidance are always with us, no matter what lies ahead.
Thanksgiving Prayer Celebration
Our school will be hosting a Thanksgiving Prayer Celebration on Monday, 16th December, at 9:30am. This will be a special time for our school community to come together and formally hand over our generous donations for the St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal. These contributions will provide much-needed support to families during the holiday season. We warmly encourage everyone to join us in giving thanks and reflecting on the importance of helping others, especially during this season of giving. Information on donations needed will be provided in the coming weeks.
