On Tuesday, the school netball teams were invited to watch an ANZ Netball Championship game which was held at Lyneham.
Our school was very excited to watch the Canberra Darters vs First Nations Swans game.
The children were excited to see such high class netball being played and they were incredibly inspired as to how quick the teams moved the ball down the court and how they positioned themselves ready to receive the pass.
They had fun watching and cheering for their local team, and seeing the Darters win!
It was an amazing game and experience to be a part of the ANZ Championships for 2024.
SUMMER BASKETBALL SEASON REGISTRATION HAS OPENED FOR U10'S/U12'S
Some students who attend SJV also play basketball for the Tuggeranong Vikings Basketball Club. We extend an invitation to any students from SJV, who may be interested in playing basketball, to join them for the upcoming summer basketball season.
