Thank you for your generous donations of warm clothes and hygiene essentials on Winter Woollies Day. I know our students enjoyed personally giving their donations to the Night Patrol van, making the day all more meaningful. These contributions are directly helping those in need in the Weston Creek and wider Canberra area. The spirit of compassion and kindness shown by our community is truly inspiring. Your generosity is making a real difference in the lives of many, providing warmth and essential items to those who need them most. Thank you for embodying the spirit of giving and caring for our community.

St John Vianney Feast Day Celebrations 2024

We will be celebrating St. John Vianney's Feast Day on Monday, 5th August 2024. The day will begin with a Parish Mass at 9:30 am, followed by in-school activities starting at 12 pm. Parents are welcome to attend the Parish Mass. This special occasion honours our patron saint, and we look forward to a day filled with community spirit and celebration.

Sacraments 2024

Registrations for Confirmation for 2024 are open and we encourage families who would like their child to receive this Sacrament this year to register as soon as possible via the Parish Qkr! account. All questions and other general enquiries about the Sacramental program are best directed to the Parish Office via email: SacramentalOLA@cg.org.au 

Eligibility for each Sacrament is as follows:

Reconciliation - open to students who have been baptised Catholic and who are in Year 3 or above.

First Eucharist - open to baptised Catholic students who have made their Reconciliation and are in Year 4 or above.

Confirmation - open to baptised Catholic students who have received their First Eucharist and who are in Year 6 or above.
