Year 1 HASS Class: Exploring the Past and Present with Butter-Making
As part of our HASS unit on exploring the past and present, Year 1 students had an exciting hands-on experience making butter. This activity highlighted how life has changed over time, especially in food production. Students enjoyed the challenge, which turned into a mini workout, and the process was made even more fun with Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" playing in the background.
The butter-making experiment not only provided a tasty treat but also helped us appreciate the technological advancements that make our lives easier today. It was a fun and educational experience that brought our lessons about the past and present to life.
