An enormous THANK YOU to all the students and families that have sent in second hand books over the last few weeks for the GREAT Book Swap. 

Students are invited to bring in a gold coin to their Library classes next week (week 7) and purchase a second hand book (or two).  All funds raised will go to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation and provide new books for children in outback communities.

All remaining books will go to the SJV Fete Book Stall.

You still have time to go through your book shelves and send in more books!  Your support for this easy fundraiser is very appreciated.

Scholastic Book Club Issue 6

Book Club Issue 6 was handed out this week.  Student orders are due in by COB Wednesday 11 September (week 8) to allow for delivery before the end of term.
