10 WEEKS TO GO!

We need the SJV community to get involved to make sure it is the Best day ever @ the SJV fete!
The funds raised are for the benefit of the school and our children.

Volunteers needed!
Please volunteer your time – it is a great community event and you will get to meet great people and have fun. It could be running a stall, selling raffle tickets or baking cakes (more on these later). Whatever you like!

• Raffle coordinator or support                                     
• Logistics coordinator or support   
• Volunteers in the lead up to the fete and on the day    
• Running stalls or assisting with stalls

Donations
Butchers, bakers or candle stick makers! If you have an idea or are good at making something (or just want to give it a go please get in touch. We are also seeking equipment that can be used on the day.

• Equipment, such as marquees, a box trailer, generators       
• Second-hand children’s clothing, toys, books and white elephant items
• Plants and pots or other garden items  
• Chocolate, lollies, and Zooper Dooper ice blocks       
• Raffle/hamper items (such as movie tickets, wine, beer, scratchies or vouchers)       
• Craft items and large glass coffee jars and candle jars – new or used

Items can be dropped off at the front office up until the week of the fete.

Entertainment
Can you sing or dance or play music or do you have another talent? We would love to hear from you.
