For this week’s Sunday resource, please access this link: https://www.stkevinsparish.org.au/childrens-family-page/ and select the Junior worksheet under Sunday 10^th October. This worksheet reflects upon this Sunday’s Gospel reading (Mark 10: 17-30) where Jesus is asked “Master, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”. Christ’s response to this question not only challenges us, but also asks us to question what room we are making for Jesus in our everyday lives. This week offers us an opportunity to once again put Christ in the centre of our lives as we walk with him towards eternity.

Parish News

The Our Lady of The Annunciation Parish is continuing to livestream Sunday masses on their YouTube channel at 9am. To access the mass for the 28^th Sunday in Ordinary time (Year B), please access this link: https://www.youtube.com/user/stjjv

The archdiocese is continuing to livestream mass from The Cathedral daily at 12:15pm and on Sundays at 11am with the archbishop. An online Rosary is also available on Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm on Zoom. Please visit https://www.catholicvoice.org.au/ for more details.

Youth Group

The Weston Creek youth group is on again this Sunday at 4pm on our online meeting room in Whereby! This week we will be continuing to look into our semester theme of prayer by diving into The Rosary. This week we will be joined by our very own Fr. Michael Lim who will be talking to the students about the powerful prayer of the Rosary and how it can be incorporated into our daily lives!
