Preschool 3pm Dismissal Procedure

Next week will be changing our 3pm dismissal procedure slightly. The children attending after preschool program will gather in one classroom and the children going home at 3pm will gather in the other. These classrooms will rotate each week (check the whiteboard if you are lost). Each group will participate in singing for the last ten minutes of the preschool program. You are welcome to collect your child from 2:50 during the singing session. 

Before 9am and after 3pm

If you require care for your child prior to 9am or after 3pm, you are required to make a booking via emailing the ELC office.  If you do not have a booking and your child is still at the centre at 3:10 they will be booked into the after preschool program and you will be billed for the session.

Library

Reminder Library day is every Wednesday, please remember to pack the library book and bag each week so as your child can borrow a new book.

SZApp

St Jude’s uses SZApp as one form of communication with families.  You can download SZApp for free from iTunes or the Google Play Store. For further instructions go to the ‘For Parents’ tab on the school website.

ELC Accounts

A reminder that your ELC fees for week 5 and 6 are due tomorrow, Friday 26 February.
