2020 has delivered challenges beyond our usual scope of experience. For some there have been positives such as a rise in home cooking and the uptake of Zoom for introverts. For others anxiety, loneliness and feeling out of control have certainly been downsides. A medical expert recently shared with me 5 key areas for maintaining mental health and wellbeing.
