Our media Moguls this week - Isla and Abigail interviewed the wonderful Mrs MacKenzie for this week's "Meet the Staff Member" 

Hello Mrs MacKenzie can you tell us a bit about yourself please?

What is your favourite sport? I'm a mad keen Canberra Raiders Fan.

Do you have a favourite band? I enjoy all kinds of music.

What are some of your hobbies? Exercising, reading, gardening & knitting.

Do you have any pets? Yes, a Chocolate Labrador, her name is Sally and a tabby cat called Bender.

What is your favourite food? Hot chips with too much salt.

Where did you go to primary school and what subject did you enjoy the most? I went to a little rural school called Redland Bay State School. My favourite subjects was art, music and P.E.

Why did you become a teacher? I enjoy being with children and watching them grow, learn and have fun with them.

What inspires you and why? My faith and my family. I love learning & gleaning from others. Trying to find things to be grateful and thankful for.
